The Rental Process at Elegant Design Events

Set-Up: Professional Installation
Set-up is available in the Kansas City Metro Area.  Chair covers are set up prior to the event by our experienced staff. We work with your venue to determine setup times, allowing you to relax and enjoy your event.
DIY: Do-It-Yourself Rentals
We offer a DIY option at a discounted price.  All rental items are professionally laundered, steamed, and available for pick-up up to two days prior to your event and are returned on the Monday following your event.

Reservation of Rentals:
​To submit a request to reserve rentals, please fill out a rental agreement in its entirety, sign, and return.

*Rental Deposits are $100 unless otherwise stated.
 Deposits & Rentals:
Select the payment amount you would like to apply towards your account.  We will manually update your total as payments are received.  

Should you wish to pay a different amount than listed, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange payment. We are also happy to process your payment should you prefer the "no-stress, no worries" method.
